Entry fee:

CHF 8 per athlete when submitting a LENEX file
CHF 10 per athlete when submitting an Excel file or another format

Event limit: Maximum of 6 events per athlete.

Maximum number of participants: 600 athletes.

To facilitate travel arrangements, this section provides information about accommodation and meal options available to participating teams.

Accommodation: At the Centro Sportivo Tenero (CST).
Available room types: Single rooms (upon request and subject to availability), double rooms, triple rooms and quadruple rooms.
Price: CHF 160 per person for full-board accommodation, from dinner on Friday evening through to and including lunch on Sunday.

Room booking deadline: Monday, 25 January 2027
Payment: Payment must be made by invoice before arrival

Cafeteria: Available also to those not staying overnight at the Centro Sportivo Tenero (CST), at a cost of CHF 18 per meal
Lunch box: A lunch box can be ordered for the return journey at a cost of CHF 10 per person
Dietary requirements: Any allergies, intolerances or special dietary requirements must be communicated before arrival
Meals: Meal vouchers and lunch boxes can be booked by emailing verbano@nuotosportlocarno.ch
Meal booking deadline: Saturday, 17 April 2027

Cancellation policy: The CST’s cancellation terms and conditions apply.
